To meet our customer's quality requirements and to ensure their complete satisfaction, Cullen Building Products Limited has been certified to ISO 9001 since February 2000.
Each activity within our business has a laid down procedure, which is internally audited at least annually. We also ensure that information is disseminated to our employees.
The system is independently assessed twice a year to ensure continued compliance with the standard.

At Cullen, we acknowledge that we have a responsibility to the environment, and are committed to a programme of continuous improvement.
We are committed not only to complying with environmental legislation and regulations, but also meeting our social obligations and working towards best practice within the industry.
To do so, we have established an environmental management programme.  The specific aims of the programme are as follows:

1. To introduce and maintain a comprehensive environmental management system.
2. To minimise the impact of our operations on the environment by means of a programme aimed at environmental performance improvement.
3. We will provide adequate training to all employees to ensure they behave in an environmentally responsible manner.
4. To promote our commitment to environmental responsibility to our contractors and suppliers by making this policy available to all stakeholders and the general public upon request.

Our efforts have been rewarded by gaining ISO 14001:2004 certification in April 2007.
