The Cullen Selector is an easy to use software that helps you determine the right connection for the specified application. The drop down lists of materials simplify the selection of the header and incoming member.

The Selector can be customised to display British Standards or Eurocode 5 values.*

*The Cullen Selector uses Factored Design Loads to Eurocode 5. They are characteristic values modified as follows:
Design Value = (Fk x kmod) / ?m
Fk: characteristic values (from test or calculation)
kmod : Modification factor for duration of load and moisture content (EN1995-1-1 table 3.1: 0.7 for long term, 0.8 for medium term & 0.9 for short term actions
?m: Partial factors for material properties and resistances - 1.3 for connections in all cases (EN1995-1-1 table 2.3)
